For some, it means their life work has been done. Their personal karma complete. They are off to another lifetime of reincarnation, knowing they did what they came here to do. This is cause for celebration and awe.
For others it means there is so much unfinished business (left over from the first Return), it is too stressful to even think of approaching the task at hand. If you have been living a lie for 30 years and separated from your true self the stress of that is enough to kill you.
These people decide to handle the task in another lifetime with a different body and set of circumstances, such as different home, background, parents, peers, country or culture.

Doug Marlette, an award winning and well known editorial cartoonist and writer, died just as Saturn was moving into the sign of his birth Saturn.
Marlette died in a car crash. Gemini is the sign associated with driving challenge and Uranus is the planet associated with accidents (moving to fast for the energy or out of sync with the energy. Marlette's Gemini Moon is sorely afflicted by Mars, Uranus and Saturn.
At the time of his death, Pluto was opposing his natal Moon/Uranus.
The Harlem performance artist Sekou Sundiata died today. His second Saturn Return had just started. Natal Pluto was trining his Saturn and opposing his natal Uranus. If he was looking for a way out, beautiful spirit that he was, the angels gave him the opening.
