This retrograde is already in effect when the year begins. The first week in March, look back to the things that were going on in your life around the end of October and expect them to pick up again. Saturn retrograde transits teach us the virtue of perserverance.

12 Capricorn to 26 Sagittarius

This Mercury is part of the retrogrades through earth signs that began in 2003. Mercury will go from Capricorn back into Sagittarius. This gives us a chance to review our impressions of the way the world has been changing since 1995 and it prepares for the new world order that will come when Pluto enters Capricorn in 2008. 18 Virgo to 8 Virgo

This will release some pressure as it takes Jupiter away from an approaching square to Pluto. It gives you another 5 months to prepare for the surprising good luck that is coming later this year. The square will be accomplished in August of 2004.

22 Sagittarius to 19 Sagittarius

1 Taurus to 21 Aries

This retrograde goes back over some territory in Aries, giving you time to be sure what you think you want is what you really want!

15 Aquarius to 12 Aquarius

This transit is occurring at about the halfway point of Neptune's journey through Aquarius. and it really complements Uranus' recent transit into Pisces since there who planets in these signs are in mutual reception. This transit will have the overall general affect of permitting us to judge how we are doing with the Uranus transit through Pisces which began in March 2003, just as the War with Irzq was beginning. It may bring out some issues with the war as well, but always look within at your own life first; i.e,. where is the war in your life?

Please don't let Neptune hurt you. Remember Liz Greene's wonderful caveat, "Neptune never keeps it promises."

VENUS ECLIPSE
ONCE A CENTURY Venus has a visible eclipse to the Sun. These eclipses come in packages of two, 8 years apart. There will be another one in 2012.

No one alive has ever seen one of these. You'll be hearing plenty on the news from the astronomers who wil be veyr excited because this is one you can see with the naked eye from many places in the northern hemisphere.

This is a rare transit and it usually causes upsets with relationship, sometimes issues with women. The Venus Eclipse is also taking place during this time period, on June 8, 2004.

6 Pisces to 2 Pisces

Uranus has been going retrograde along with the other outer planets every summer for decades. It's one of the reasons why things slow down so much in the summer. Since this retrograde is back to about where Uranus was when the War with Iraq started, look for further developments.

August 9, 2004 to September 2, 2004
8 Virgo to 25 Leo

This is our third retrograde this year from earth back into fire. You can see that we're being asked to consider what it is we are willing to commit to. We are being required to back up our spontaneous urges with suibstance. We are being required to pay full price for our impetuosity this year as well.

This year we are having four Mercury retrogrades which is more than usual.

Please guard again projecting your Mercury issues onto the world at large. Most of us are not equipped to handle global issues at a personal level. Instead, look within. That's where your fruitful work lies.
