• 1950 DOGMA OF THE BODILY ASSUMPTION OF THE VIRGIN MARY INTO HEAVEN dogma of the bodily assumption of the Virgin Mary into heaven is the dogmatic statemnent of the quaternity. TAken literaly this is all nonsense, but taken psychologicslly it is important for it is the inclusion of te earthy fenine element i the heavenly Trinity. Jung was jubilant about this but it has cine and gone and has been mostly forgoten and hardly anyone has noticed. If exclluded it becomes the adversary and looks evil to us. It is a general principle that anything rejected from one's psyche becomes hostile.

• PRESIDENT WOODROW WILSON abandoned his national tour to support the League of Nations when he suffered a case of nervous exhaustion.He was rushed back to a White House sickroom but there suffered a stroke on October 2.
